Building Plan Review and Plan Check Services
Many municipalities rely on us to provide building plan review services. We can perform comprehensive civil and building plan reviews on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects. Specific disciplines can include building, structural, energy conservation, fuel gas, accessibility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety. All reviews are in accordance with applicable state and local codes.
Building Inspection and Permitting
We conduct inspections of new and existing commercial and residential occupancies. Inspections are based on the adopted codes of the jurisdiction, including local amendments and standard industry practices.
When needed, we use remote inspection software to conduct remote building inspections. We can inspect your project from our corporate office and provide photos, video, and data capture.
Administrative Hearing Officer in Tennessee
Municipal Inspection Partners can provide Administrative Hearing Officers in compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated T. C. A. § 6-54-1001
Our hearing officers are experienced in all building and code enforcement disciplines.
Planning, Zoning, and Land Use
We are available to assist with planning and zoning activities in your community. We can provide on-site staff or contract-based assistance for your planning department. We can also provide staff to attend Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeal (BZA) meetings.
